What we will do
Our experience starts at a local coffee roastery, focused on roasting ethically-sourced, premium specialty grade and fully traceable coffees. We will have a taste and learn about the process.
Discover the vibrant, spice-infused world of Cape Malay cuisine in the heart of Bo-Kaap. Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to create a delightful meal that embodies the rich fusion of Indonesian, Malaysian, and East African influences shaping the city's culinary landscape. We will eat everything we cook.
Next, we will savour the flavours of Xhosa cuisine, that visions to incorporate creativity, nostalgia and diversity, and inspire a positive South African identity through food.
If you’re still up for it, we will taste the iconic Great Gatsby sandwich, a true taste of Cape Town’s street food culture, and finish indulging in handcrafted bean-to-bar dark chocolates made from locally sourced ingredients.
