Welcome to FoodieBookings.com! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking and Payment
1.1. To secure your booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

1.2. Payments can be made through PayPal.

1.3. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email upon receipt of full payment.

2. Travel Insurance
2.1. FoodieBookings.com does not offer travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, loss of luggage and personal effects, and any other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Health and Safety
3.1. Our tours are focused on providing unique and memorable food experiences. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and quality of the food, FoodieBookings.com is not responsible for any cases of food poisoning or adverse reactions to food consumed during the tour.

3.2. Travelers are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or specific food requirements at the time of booking.

3.3. We recommend that travelers consult their healthcare provider before participating in our tours, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns related to food.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

4.2. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund of the tour price.

4.3. Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour date are non-refundable.

4.4. FoodieBookings.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, travelers will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund.

5. Prices and Inclusions/Exclusions
5.1. Prices do not include airfare to the journey starting point and from the ending point.

5.2. The inclusions and exclusions within the price of each service are unique and subject to change without notice unless explicitly communicated in writing.

6. Responsibility and Obligations
6.1. It is your responsibility to be at the journey start point by the commencement date and time. This will require you to think ahead with things like passports, visas, immunizations, travel insurance and the like. We will of course try to help in as much as we can with advice, but it is your responsibility to have everything you need in place.

7. Liability
7.1. FoodieBookings.com is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or delays that may occur during the tour.

7.2. Travelers participate in our tours at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are in good health and fit to participate in the tour activities.

7.3. FoodieBookings.com is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

8. Changes to Itinerary
8.1. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, FoodieBookings.com reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, including changes to the venues, timing, and content of the tour, if necessary.

9. Privacy Policy
9.1. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
